Spartan Imports -Terms & Conditions
1. Introduction
Welcome to Spartan Imports. These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern the wholesale purchase of products from Spartan Imports (“we”, “us”, “our”). By registering and placing an order, you (“Customer”) agree to be bound by these Terms.
2. Eligibility
Wholesale pricing and ordering are available exclusively to approved wholesale customers. You must complete the registration process and receive approval before purchasing.
3. Account Registration & Approval
To obtain a wholesale account with Spartan Imports, you must first complete our official Wholesale Registration Form.
This form is available via the main menu, the homepage button (“Register Wholesale Account”), or if you click on any of our product ranges — this is where you will be redirected to the form.
Once your application is reviewed and approved, you’ll receive:
- A confirmation email from Spartan Imports.
- An activation email from Shopify asking you to create a password.
After activation, you can log in using the Log In button on the homepage, with the same email you used to register.
⚠️ Important: If you try to log in with a different email, you won’t be granted access and will be redirected to the registration page again.
✅ Always use the same email that you registered with.
Please note: Creating a standard Shopify account directly via the login page will not grant you access to our wholesale store.
Registration and approval via the Wholesale Registration Form is required.
4. Pricing & Payment
All prices listed are wholesale prices.
A minimum order value of $300 AUD applies.
For orders up to 100KG, payment is required at the time of checkout. Accepted payment methods include credit card and other methods available at checkout.
For orders over 100KG, customers must complete the Bulk Order Form.
Spartan Imports will then issue an invoice that includes:
- Product costs
- Shipping fees
- Bank transfer details
The order will only be processed once full payment is received, unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.
5. Shipping & Delivery
Standard Orders (Up to 100KG):
Shipping fees for orders up to 100KG will be automatically calculated at checkout. These orders will be processed and dispatched once payment is completed.
Orders Over 100KG:
Orders exceeding 100KG cannot be completed through the standard checkout process.
If an order placed during checkout exceeds 100KG, it will be automatically blocked. Customers wishing to place large volume orders must submit our Bulk Order Form.
Once the form is received, Spartan Imports will provide an official invoice that includes:
- Product costs
- Shipping fees
- Bank transfer details for payment
The order will only be processed after full payment has been received and confirmed, unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.
Shipping Responsibility:
Spartan Imports arranges shipping and charges customers the applicable shipping fees. Customers are responsible for paying these fees, but Spartan Imports handles all shipping logistics.
Delivery Times:
We provide estimated delivery times but are not liable for delays beyond our control.
6. Returns & Refunds
Due to the wholesale nature of our products, we do not accept returns or offer refunds unless the product is defective or damaged upon receipt.
Customers must report any such issues within 2 days of receiving the goods and must provide sufficient evidence (such as photos) for claims to be considered.
7. Intellectual Property
All product images, trademarks, and branding are the property of Spartan Imports. Customers may not use these without prior written permission.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Spartan Imports shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our products or services.
9. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Australia.
