1. How do I register for a wholesale account?
To register, complete the Wholesale Registration Form via the main menu, the homepage button (“Register Wholesale Account”), or by clicking on any product. Once approved, you’ll receive a confirmation email and a Shopify activation email asking you to create a password.
2. Why can’t I access the products on your site?
If you are not a registered and approved wholesale customer, you won’t be able to access product pages. You’ll be redirected to the Wholesale Registration Form instead. Once approved and logged in with your registered email, all products will become visible.
3. What if I log in with a different email address?
Only the email you used to register will grant you access. Logging in with a different email will redirect you back to the registration form.
4. Is there a minimum order value?
Yes. The minimum wholesale order value is $300 AUD.
5. How do I place an order?
If your order is under 100KG, you can place it through the standard checkout on the website.
If your order is over 100KG, you must use our Bulk Order Form, and we will send you an invoice with payment and shipping details.
6. Can I use the Bulk Order Form for smaller orders under 100KG?
Yes, you can — however, we strongly recommend using the standard checkout for faster and more efficient processing of orders under 100KG. The bulk order form is best suited for larger or complex orders.
7. How is shipping calculated?
Shipping fees for orders up to 100KG are calculated automatically at checkout. For orders over 100KG, shipping costs are included in your custom invoice after you submit the Bulk Order Form.
8. What payment methods do you accept?
We accept credit card and other online payment methods at checkout. For bulk orders, payment is made via bank transfer after you receive an invoice.
We are also flexible in some cases — certain customers may be approved to pay a deposit upfront and the balance after receiving the goods. This is negotiated on a case-by-case basis.
9. Do you accept returns or offer refunds?
We do not accept returns or offer refunds unless the product is defective or damaged upon receipt. You must report issues within 2 days of receiving the goods, and provide photo evidence.
