Shipping & Delivery

Standard Orders (Up to 100KG):

Shipping fees for orders up to 100KG will be automatically calculated at checkout. These orders will be processed and dispatched once payment is completed.

Orders Over 100KG:

Orders exceeding 100KG cannot be completed through the standard checkout process.

If an order placed during checkout exceeds 100KG, it will be automatically blocked. Customers wishing to place large volume orders must submit our Bulk Order Form.

Once the form is received, Spartan Imports will provide an official invoice that includes:

• Product costs
• Shipping fees
• Bank transfer details for payment

The order will only be processed after full payment has been received and confirmed, unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

Shipping Responsibility:

Spartan Imports arranges shipping and charges customers the applicable shipping fees. Customers are responsible for paying these fees, but Spartan Imports handles all shipping logistics.

Delivery Times:

We provide estimated delivery times but are not liable for delays beyond our control.
